Contact Centre Representative HPS Pharmacies location Auckland. $24 – $25 per hour.

The opportunity the Contact Centre Team is responsible for responding primarily to customer enquiries from a wide range of Pharmacy Retailing (NZ) Ltd customers nationwide. The role of the Contact Centre Representative is broad. This service is currently staffed from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, five days a week and for half a day on Saturday for Auckland and GDC queues only. The role is full-time (40 hours) and hours will be set by your Manager after consideration of customer requirements and to ensure sufficient coverage.

Key responsibilities processing orders (received by fax, phone or email). Taking and responding to customer enquiries regarding products, services and service failures. Running and sending customer and supplier reports. Creating and providing regular written customer communication. Contributing and working towards the achievement of the customer service team annual goals. Ensuring an excellence and responsibility in the delivery of superior levels of customer service.

What we are looking for demonstrated experience in Customer Service. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work accurately under conflicting time pressures. Intermediate to advance MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills including answering any and all customer related queries. Great attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast aced and dynamic team. Has great Oral and written communication. Ability to do data entry.
