The opportunity join the dynamic team at UniSC's Clinical Trials Centre (CTC) and make a difference. We are seeking applications from passionate service driven Contact Centre / Data Entry Officer to join UniSC’s Clinical Trials Centre (CTC).

You will be responsible for contacting registered participants to complete a pre-trial screening questionnaire via the following channels - outbound calls, emails, data system text messages emails, live chats and data entry.  In addition to processing participant interest, you will also document and record all information in our complex computer system and perform ad-hoc administration and data entry duties as required and directed by management.

About you you will possess exceptional customer service skills, including a professional, positive and friendly phone manner enabling you to communicate with others clearly and effectively. You will enjoy showcasing your ability to multitask and pride yourself on your capability to maintain confidentiality and high levels of accuracy when dealing with client information/data. Additionally, you will thrive working in a target driven environment, where you will need to meet tight deadlines.

You will possess minimum of 1 years’ experience in a contact centre environment with an administration degree or equivalent proven prior learning/work experience. Ability to actively listen and discern participants questions and answers to seek understanding of their individual circumstances to finalise clinic bookings in a timely manner.

Demonstrate a sound understanding of technology with the ability to learn new crm systems (preference given to realtime experience or similar). Ability to multitask with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy across data entry platforms. You will be asking consumers questions relating to their health and medical history - prior experience in a medical administration, health or related role would be advantageous.

Additional requirements it is a condition of employment for this position that you may be required to provide periodic evidence of immunisation against communicable diseases.
