Construction Carpenters Ritchie Civil Ltd location Gisborne. Salary $20 - $29.99 per hour.

Ritchie Civil is a well renowned medium sized family owned business specialising in civil construction mainly in concrete related fields of the industry such as bridge Builds/Repairs, Building Foundations, Precast Concrete, Walkways, Commercial slabs, Excavation & Site Works, Port & Marine Construction, Forestry structures.

Your role due to the nature of our business you will be required to work in a number of different challenging environments performing the following tasks

Working within H & S requirements. Formation of concrete works. Placement of concrete works. Cutting, and drill of concrete. Cutting and bending of reinforcing steel. Other general duties involved with civil engineering works. Working from construction plans.

Experience (in at least one of these fields). Heavy Civil Construction - Bridges, Civil Infrastructure. Commercial Building - Foundations & Slabs. Marine Construction – Wharfs. General Civil Construction - Footpaths, slabs, pools.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Preferred) Industry related qualifications. Management of plant and material requirements. Wheels tracks and Rollers (for plant operators). Driver License Classes of 1 and for Truck Drivers 2 & 4.

Excellent Pay rates as follows - Normal rate up to 43 Hours, time & a half 43 to 46 Hours and double time over 46 Hours.  As we take H & S seriously you will be provided with all Personal Protective Clothing, appropriate training in H & S, Traffic Management and First Aid to name a few.
