About the role in the position of a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact in the service centre for transactions and information. You will be required to assess customers’ needs and direct them to the appropriate channels in a timely and efficient manner. You will have a demonstrated capability to drive a customer-oriented culture while learning new products and working in a team balancing competing priorities within a high volume environment.

Hours of Work Normal Service Centre operating hours are Monday - Friday 8.00am-6.00pm and Saturday 8.30am-3.30pm. This is a full-time role that requires you to work 35 hours per week across a 5-day week.

Salary Service NSW Grade 5/6 includes a base salary range of $77,643- $88,731, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
