At genU, we’re a profit-for-purpose organisation, reinvesting our success back into programs to create real social impact. From disability and aged care support to community-focused initiatives, we’re here to help people live their best lives.

We're open to flexible hours, part-time, or job share arrangements – because great people thrive in different ways.

Support staff onboarding and induction programs by coordinating compliance-related activities
Assist with the administration of compliance systems, including audits, data entry, and system updates
Monitor data integrity, prepare reports, and support audit responses to ensure consistent and accurate compliance information

Promote a safe and healthy work environment in line with organisational policies and integrate safety practices into compliance activities

Ability to communicate clearly and build positive working relationships across teams
Proactive, reliable, and resilient approach to managing multiple compliance priorities
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Experience in disability or aged care services and their regulatory requirements
Knowledge of compliance or quality assurance frameworks
