We Coach Through one-on-one with founders & business owners, Leadership, management & team coaching, Small group coaching.

Our team is diverse and are scattered around Australia Rugare Gomo, High Performance Life & Business Coach based in Sydney. Lynda Frost, Business Manager based in NSW. Rowena Coleborn, Project Manager on Maternity Leave, based in Tasmania. Carole Jabbour, Head of Product Development, based in Melbourne.

Technologies Used Google Suite, Slack, Dropbox, Dashlane, Zoom, Hello Sign, QWLR and others. Currently exploring moving to Microsoft 365 in future.

Your Key responsibilities plan and schedule yearly coaching schedules for all our clients. Draft client proposals and Client Services Agreements and organise electronic signatures. Be the owner of client coaching schedules, agreements and invoices. Manage Rugare’s tightly held calendar. Manage inboxes and draft replies for Rugare to review in a timely manner.

Manage confidential electronic client information. Manage folder structure and file naming. Communicate with finance team when there are changes to coaching schedules and expected invoicing. Excellent communication with clients, team and partners. Project manage elements of Rugare’s personal life. Keep an eye on the bigger picture and suggest ways to elevate the business.

Key Attributes and skills organisation is your middle name – you create systems that work. Documentation – it’s never all in your head. Everything is recorded so someone else can come in at any time and easily find where everything is at. Excellent digital skills – use of Microsoft Suite, online tools such as Dropbox, Google Suite, HelloSign, QWLR, Slack etc.

Communication – You anticipate what others are wanting to know and you keep them updated before they think to ask for it.  You are free to pick up the phone and talk to anyone. People – the whole company is about creating a wondrous life with people.  You will be the first point of contact for people by email, by phone.  You will be representing Rugare Gomo on the front lines.

Your Location Sydney, Australia (can travel to Balmain East to work in person with Rugare).
