Company Accountant The Better Health Generation location Sydney.

The Better Health Generation is looking for an experienced Company Accountant with a passion for numbers, attention to detail and exceptional customer service to join our busy and highly productive Finance Department.

Key responsibilities reconciling all accounts. End to end Accounts Payable. End to end Accounts Receivable. Debtors management. End to end payroll across multiple entities in the UK & Australia for over 200 staff.

Balance sheet reconciliations & adjustments. Complex month end process and reporting. Ensuring statutory compliance. Analysis of financial performance for the group of companies. Previous experience in a full function Accounting role is required to be successful in this position.

You will have advanced Excel skills are essential. Experience in a similar role within a multiple business environment is highly regarded. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be results orientated and be able to think strategically. You will have strong attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a high performing and motivated team.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. CPA/CA desirable. Bachelor of Business (Accounting) or similar.

Experience with the following systems would be advantageous Xero, Employment Hero, Case Manager, Power BI.
