The right candidate will have a full Licence. A First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain a First Aid Certificate). A caring nature and a drive to support and help others. Have a passion for working in a team environment. An empathetic approach to life, and the ability to work flexible hours. As a Community Facilitator, your role will be varied, supporting a wide variety of people to live life their way.

Duties may include assisting with all personal cares. Working with the clients and therapists to extend abilities. Supporting outings in the community for both leisure and education, and completing daily household tasks. Assist the people we support with planning and implementing programmes that achieve their desired goals.
