If you answered YES, Te Ora Puāwai (TOP) is looking for a Communications Coordinator like you to join our growing team. As we are a new start-up multi-agency collective that exists to work better together to provide coordinated health care to customers in South Auckland. You have an opportunity to work with us to develop systems and processes to enable service delivery.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Communications Coordinator, to enhance communication activities by providing design and marketing development to support TOP both internally and externally.

Along with providing a high-quality support and coordination service for the communications and marketing activities of TOP that builds and maintains our reputation in the community. This includes supporting event planning and coordination, social media management, interacting with our local businesses, and other community groups, and general administration support.

Subject to working within the Charter, Policies, and Procedures of Te Ora Puāwai (TOP ) the role is responsible to carry out the actions necessary to undertake the responsibilities listed in this position description.

Any complaints marketing and design consultation. All communication internally and externally . The role is permanent full-time (40 hours per week), and will be based at our office warehouse site in Highbrook East Tamaki.

To be considered for this position you ideally have marketing, digital/social media marketing or communications qualification and /or experience in communications. Advanced computer skills – MS word and excel with experience in record keeping and reporting including Microsoft office 365. Particularly on social media and website management and applications.

A full Driver's license good spoken and written communication in the English Language. Being able to speak Maori and/ Pacific or other languages is helpful. Must be able to legally work in New Zealand.
