Responsibilities the Chef de Partie/ Commis Cook will assist in preparing and cooking ingredients with all sections of kitchen. Preparing and cooking ingredients (western food). Monitoring stock, including stock rotation. Learning skills and recipes from other members of the department and applying them. Keeping all working areas clean and tidy to ensure good safety and sanitation. Follow kitchen policies, procedures and maintain high service standards. Ensuring minimum kitchen wastage. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Hardworking and willing to learn. Able to speak English to communicate with colleagues. Café at 5min walk from Macpherson MRT (Circle line) or near Bras Basah MRT. 6 day work week.
