Description TiffinLabs is a global food tech company headquartered in Singapore that is focused on the virtual restaurant and cloud kitchen space. Our mission is to create exciting F&B concepts made for delivery to transform the in-home dining experience. We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate capability in managing a kitchen unit and small team. The candidate is highly organised, and able to prioritise effectively to achieve strong operational outcomes. The role is part of the global operations kitchen team.

Responsibilities & duties assist with daily kitchen operations, during opening and closing of the kitchen unit. Ensure food preparation meets company SOP’s and recipes. Ensure presentation of food items is in accordance with Company’s standards at all times. Follow and maintain hygiene regulations and upkeep of kitchen cleanliness.

Store and distribute ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.Ensure FIFO process is carried out when storing food. Perform weekly inventory counts. Keep food wastage to minimum, through correct product measurements. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Assist Unit Supervisors/Team Lead in training new kitchen crew and other ad-hoc duties assigned by Unit Supervisor.

Requirements Min. 1 year of kitchen working experience. Current Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certification. Candidate must possess at least GCE N level. Able to commit on weekends and public holidays. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work split shifts. Available to start work as soon as possible/within a short notice period.
