About our client an established Melbourne Based Commercial agency are looking for an experienced and well-rounded commercial manager to join their CBD office. Aside from the day-to-day management of your portfolio, you will have the opportunity to grow and mentor the team. To be successful in this position you will possess outstanding industry knowledge and strong leadership skills.

About the role manage a well looked-after portfolio consisting of retail, commercial and industrial properties. Work with tenants and landlords to ensure maximum return on properties. Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members. Implement and execute business strategies company-wide. Responsible for all reporting on properties inclusive of financials. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior members of staff. Project manage any major and minor works with the help of your assistant.

About you at least 2 years’ experience within the commercial space. Up to date Agents Rep & Drivers licence. Excellent time management, presentation and organisation skills. Degree educated is preferred but not essential. Ideally, experience handling a mixed portfolio. Confident, hard-working and great attention to detail.
