Description

We are seeking a Commercial Administrator to support our construction operations, based at our Rockingham facility.

This permanent, full-time role will provide day-to-day support across commercial administration, cost tracking, reporting and systems, with a key focus on assisting with the transition from Jobpac to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills, a proactive approach, and experience in a construction or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Data entry and maintenance in Humanforce (timesheets, payroll support).
Assist with the implementation and data migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Process purchase orders, supplier invoices and manage subcontractor records.
Maintain cost tracking and budget monitoring spreadsheets using Excel and D365.
Support onboarding and compliance processes, including documentation and training.
Manage induction and training records to ensure compliance in the factory.
Upload and manage Toolbox Talks to support safety initiatives.
Assist with logistics and materials management, including deliveries and inventory.
Manage fleet-related data in Power BI and provide weekly performance reports.
Support the preparation of weekly and end-of-month financial reports and progress claims.
Assist with performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
Organise travel and accommodation when required.
Provide general administration and support to site teams and head office.
Maintain organised financial and project records to assist with audits.

The Successful Applicant Will Have:

Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Humanforce (desirable).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
A flexible and team-oriented approach to work.
