College Registrar Xavier College location Adelaide.

The College Registrar will be based at our Gawler Belt campus, however, will be expected to work across both campuses of the College. The position is an integral position within the College and will be a professional, organised and proactive member of the Xavier College team, displaying a high degree of initiative and possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  The College Registrar will work closely with the Community Liaison Manager to develop innovative enrolment conversion strategies.

The College Registrar will be responsible for the enrolment process at the College, including being the first point of contact for prospective families. The College Registrar will be responsible for the maintenance of student and family data on systems across the College and will be expected to ensure the information is up-to-date and accurate at all times. The College Registrar shall exercise substantial autonomy and independent professional judgement based on qualifications, extensive experience and a specialised level of expertise.
