Collections Officer Capital Credit Solutions location Sydney.

Your responsibilities as a Collections Officer include building strong relationships with key customers to assist them in finding a pathway out of debt. Make outbound/inbound calls and emails. Manage and take ownership of accounts. Locate skipped customers utilising our search engines. Utilise respectful communication to build rapport with customers to negotiate the payment of outstanding accounts.

About you clear and confident communicator. No experience required. Experience dealing with customers in a contact centre or customer facing role will be highly regarded. Quick learner, Committed and proactive approach.
