YOUR ROLE

Support and manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments (Azure, AVD, Cloud PC)
Provide advanced technical support across cloud, network, and endpoint systems
Ensure system performance, security, and reliability across environments
Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
Contribute to infrastructure projects, system optimisation, and operational excellence
YOU’LL

Administer, configure, and optimise cloud and on-premise systems
Investigate and resolve complex ICT incidents and system faults
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
Support network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routing, switching)
Manage vulnerability remediation, patching, and security compliance
Deploy and maintain applications, endpoints, and system configurations
Test system changes and ensure stability before production release
Maintain documentation, CMDB records, and knowledge base articles
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on projects and support
Participate in a 24x7 on-call support roster
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience supporting cloud platforms (especially Microsoft Azure environments)
Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking, and endpoints
Knowledge of incident management, SLAs, and IT service frameworks
Exposure to network technologies (VPNs, firewalls, routing, switching)
Understanding of cyber security, patching, and vulnerability management
Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex technical issues
Strong documentation and communication skills
Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams and vendors
Proactive approach to continuous improvement and system optimisation
