Where you'll be working Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing The AO3 role will support the work activities of Chronic and Complex Nursing and its service delivery needs. The AO3 may provide AO3 functions across the service and/or clinics. The AO3 will work closely with the NUM, Clinical NUM’s, community nurses and existing administrative staff. The role will complement systems and processes.

Selection criteria hold or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheets, database software and corporate computer programs such as Proact, Oracle, COS (Complete Office Solutions) Stream, HPECM, Health Roster, CHOC Cerner, iPM. Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure and high volume work environment. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with high interpersonal skills in communication effectively with senior personal, departmental managers, staff and clients. Experience in preparation of written communication such as reports, agendas and minutes. Previous experience in a health care setting. Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
