Clinical Support Administrator EAP Services Limited location Auckland.

EAP Services is New Zealand's leading provider of employee assistance programmes. Whilst based in Auckland CBD, the role will assist with the clinical administration support required for the effective delivery of services by our Counselling Professionals throughout NZ.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Clinical Support Administrator will use their professional knowledge and administration skills to assist with clinical processes and in-house clinical support. This role has an operational focus with the opportunity to provide clinical advice both in house and to customers (Employers).

Required BA /BSc. Psychology. Experience working in a clinical setting would be advantageous. High level admin skills and excellent attention to detail.

Skills / Knowledge / Attributes Sound clinical knowledge. Well organised and disciplined. Systems and solution focused thinker. Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage various competing priorities. A dedicated team player who can demonstrate initiative and contribute to continuous improvement. Competency in using PC Software products and new technologies.
