The Opportunity

Due to internal mobility, we currently have an opportunity for a Clinical Specialist to join our Trauma team in Sydney. Working closely with Product Specialists, you will be responsible for providing in-theatre clinical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons during surgeries. As a subject matter expert on our Trauma products, you will also be responsible for providing in-service training to nursing staff as well as acting as the first point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues. If you are an Orthopaedic Scrub/Scout Nurse, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractor or Paramedic looking to transition into medical devices, this would be an excellent entry role for you!

This role will initially start as a 12 months fixed-term contract with the view to go permanent thereafter.

About You

Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic or Paramedicine etc.)
Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment and the ability to work out-of-hours on a rotating on-call roster
Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
Self-starter who is results driven and solutions focused
Autonomous and able to work as part of a team, and is organised with good time management skills
