About the role as the successful candidate, the Clinical Director will be pivotal in helping us grow our clinical services & provide high-quality care.

Your duties will include but not be limited to ensuring outstanding patient care by supporting our clinical team & urgent care trainees. Collaborating with our leadership team.  Implementing improvement initiatives. Contributing to the clinical roster where needed. Providing clinical governance through administrative responsibilities.

About you to be successful in this role, you will need the following full New Zealand working rights essential (we cannot provide sponsorship at this time). Min. 5 years general practitioner experience + UC/GP experience essential. Current MCNZ registration essential.

Demonstrated leadership experience/capability to lead & support the clinical team. Sound computer literacy skills. Clinical leadership experience in Urgent Care, Rural Medicine or Accident & Emergency setting preferred.
