Otara Whanau Medical Centre (OWMC) is a small GP Primary Healthcare provider within the Counties Manukau DHB (CMDHB) region. The vision of OWMC is to deliver a high quality, affordable, responsive and respectful service to meet the needs of individuals, their whanau and the community to enable long term wellness, empowerment towards a healthier living.

We are looking to employ a 0.4PTE (part-time) Receptionist. Can commit to working a set 16-hours a week, from Monday to Friday (to be negotiated). Have prior experience as medical receptionist or administrator in any healthcare settings. Is familiar with  Medtech 32 or other patient management systems. Can coordinate services and prioritizing workflow for doctors and nurses.

A must for the role is that you have a current New Zealand Full drivers’ licence.  NZ citizenship or permanent residency status. A clear Vulnerable Children’s Act 2014 background check.
