Job description we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Clinic Operations and Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, managing front desk duties, and leading our marketing efforts. You will work independently and autonomously, with a strong focus on digital marketing and content creation.

Key responsibilities oversee daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Manage front desk duties, including patient scheduling, customer service, and administrative tasks. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our clinic. Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

Actively engage online communities to promote our business and generate potential leads. Plan, organize, and execute events and activities within relevant communities to enhance our presence and attract new clients. Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns. Provide assistance and support to the clinic owner. Ensure high standards of client care and satisfaction

Requirements proven experience in clinic management or a similar role. Hands-on experience with digital marketing and content creation. Proficiency in Facebook and Instagram posting and management. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Good work ethics and attention to detail. Ability to engage with online communities and generate leads. Experience in planning and executing community events and activities.
