About the business TBI Health Group are a national, New Zealand-based health service that provides an extensive range of rehabilitation services to help injured New Zealanders to return to work and/or independence. Our company has a network of clinics across the country and all our clinics are computerised and have fully equipped consulting rooms and an exercise rehabilitation gym. At TBI Health you will play a key role in supporting our team of Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Pain Specialists.
About the role you be responsible for reception duties including answering calls and emails, allocation of referrals, invoicing to ACC and other third parties, banking and reconciliations, accounts receivable and other general office tasks.
What we are looking for if you enjoy dealing with people, have excellent computer skills and enjoy variety in your day this could be the role for you! A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and be part of a busy team are all must haves. A good knowledge of ACC and accredited employer policies and Gensolve Practice Management is desirable.
This is a varied and challenging role. You will require excellent organisation and communication skills to be successful in this key support role. This is a great opportunity to work in a professional environment delivering a high-quality service to our clients and colleagues. We are looking for a person to be based in our Ellerslie clinic. There may be a requirement to occasionally travel to other clinics within the region to provide support- cover for leave and sickness.
