Clinic Administration Officer Victoria University location Melbourne.
This is a full time at a HEP 5, $69,449-$79,773 classification working 36.75 hours per week over a fixed term contract period, until April 2023. Friendly and professional team. Make a positive impact on the lives of our students. The position is currently located at our City Tower Campus.
About the role the overall purpose of the Clinic Administration Officer role is to provide a high level of administrative support to the Victoria University Osteopathy and Dermal Science clinic teams, and student practitioners with their clinical placement requirements ensuring all clinic systems and operations are running efficiently. The clinics provide essential health services to people from local communities. This role is very important and requires excellent customer service, organisational skills, independence, proficiency with internal systems, and a high level of confidentiality. There is also a requirement to work on campus to support the clinics’ operations.
This position sits within the clinic administration workstream which supports several other VU student health clinics across the College of Health and Biomedicine and the College of Sport and Exercise Science.
About the person the successful candidate will have previous experience working in a busy office/clinic environment, a positive attitude, be well presented, proactive, and committed to providing exceptional customer service support to our staff, students and clients. We are looking for a flexible and friendly individual who enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds, effectively prioritises tasks, works collaboratively with others, and is able to adapt to changing work demands. There is also a requirement to provide and maintain the currency of your Police Check and Working with Children Check.
