Clinic Administration Officer Victoria University location Melbourne.

This is a full time at a HEP 5, $69,449 - $79,773 plus 17% superannuation, classification working 36.75 hours per week over a continuing contract period. Friendly and professional team. About the role the overall purpose of the Clinic Administration Officer role is to provide a high level of administrative support to the Victoria University Clinical Exercise Rehabilitation (VUCER) clinic team and student practitioners with their clinical placement requirements ensuring all clinic systems and operations are running efficiently.

The clinic provides essential exercise and rehabilitation services to people from local communities with chronic medical conditions. This role is a very important first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders and requires excellent organisational skills, a high level of confidentiality and independence. There is also a requirement to work on campus to support the clinic operations. This position sits within the clinic administration workstream which supports a number of other VU student health clinics across the College of Health and Biomedicine and the College of Sport and Exercise Science.

About the person the successful candidate will have previous experience working in a busy office/clinic environment, a positive attitude, be well presented, proactive and committed to providing exceptional support to our staff, students and clients. This supporting clinic role requires a flexible and friendly individual who has experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, effectively prioritises tasks, works collaboratively with others, and is able to adapt to changing work demands. There is also a requirement to work on campus to support the clinic operations and to provide and maintain the currency of your Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Duties an example of duties you may perform will include client management: face-to-face, phone, email and CRM. Processing of payments. Providing support to staff and students with systems and processes.
