Client Support Representative AirRoad Group location Brisbane.

Position  we are actively seeking a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join our busy team in Meadowbrook. Joining our team as a Client Support Representative, your core responsibilities will include attending to Client enquiries via email and phone.

Liaising with various departments/branches to arrange, confirm and follow-up on consignment movements and enquiries. Generate, action and follow up on internal reporting/discrepancies. Ensure a friendly and professional telephone manner is used at all times. Assisting with invoice collation for the finance team.

To be considered for this role, it is essential you have high level of verbal and written communication skills. Previous customer service experience. A customer-focused and professional mindset. Intermediate MS Office skills. Experience in road freight transport is not necessary but will be highly regarded.
