Client Support Assistant Private Advertiser location Brisbane. Salary $45,000 - $48,000 plus super.

Capstone Editing provides industry-leading academic editing, servicing the needs of universities, publishers, academics and postgraduate students. Underpinning every aspect of our business is our desire to provide the highest-quality editing and client support possible.

We are currently accepting applications from experienced customer support and administrative staff to join our team. This is an online position and can be performed from your own home office.

The role involves providing client support by email, phone and live chat, liaising between clients and editors, building and maintaining client relationships, day-to-day business operations, administration, some basic advertising and marketing, and other tasks as required. All training will be provided.

Hours we require staff to assist our clients over a seven-day period, from 9 am to 9 pm. Regular hours will be negotiated with successful applicants at the time of hiring based on their availability and preferences.

Selection criteria qualifications and experience. Completion of a diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience. Completion of a certificate iv with relevant work experience. Completion of a post-trades certificate and extensive relevant experience and on-the-job training.  Completion of a certificate iii with extensive relevant work experience. An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

Experience in a similar customer service or administrative role. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced computing skills including the use of microsoft office, gmail, databases and social media platforms. Exceptional organisational and time management skills including the ability to meet strict deadlines. A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised. Enthusiasm to participate in training and professional development, and have a love of learning. Desire to find a long-term, permanent position.

The following is also desirable Graphic design skills. Social media marketing skills (in particular using Facebook, Twitter and Instagram). Familiarity with the australian tertiary sector. An interest in academic editing and tertiary education.
