About the role we have two full time permanent positions available in our inbound Client Contact Centre based in Tristram Street, Hamilton. These hours are worked between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings between 9.00 am and 1.00 pm on a rostered basis. This role offers ample opportunity for upskilling and development.

In this role you would be responsible for answering all incoming calls to Family Planning. You will be the first point of contact for our clients wanting to access our services and make an appointment. You will be expected to uphold client confidentiality and provide a high level of customer service at all times. You will also be providing information about our services and directing calls to other areas of Family Planning.

We are looking for team players who are reliable, punctual and adaptable to rapid change, and can offer flexibility around hours of work.  It is essential that you are empathetic, non-judgmental and display a high level of integrity.

In addition, the successful applicant will have a minimum of one year's experience within a contact centre or customer service role. Excellent keyboard and computer skills with a high level of attention to detail. Well-developed communication skills and excellent phone manner.
