About the opportunity we are looking for a motivated, positive and personable Client Services Officer to join our driven customer facing team within Consumer and Business Services. The Customer Service Centre, within the Attorney-General’s Department’s Consumer and Business Services (CBS) wants to hear from you if you are effective in providing high quality customer support in a considerate and timely manner via telephone, face to face, emails and other forms of communication. Competent in handling complaints in a considerate manner.

Able to efficiently handle large workloads with competing demands and priorities, and are personable and able to work successfully in a team of competent Client Services Officers. Special Conditions for Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested.
