If this sounds like you and you would like to join an exceptional financial services business, that is undergoing rapid growth, with a great culture designed to ensure all of our staff thrive. about the role as a client services manager, you will be supported by an existing team of client service officers and be responsible for providing support to the head of credit in the initial credit underwriting process, total management of your client portfolio from customer service to funding approval whilst adhering to the risk management process, confirming client and debtor bona fides, maximise client satisfaction and retention, approve and administer client funding requests, perform take-ons for new clients, benefits and perks. Skills and experience the successful candidate will have the following skills and experience outstanding customer service and relationship skills with a desire to always go above and beyond, actively understand a business owner's needs & requirements, strong verbal and written skills, ability to manage a team of client service officers, 3-5+ years experience in invoice finance banking or non-bank lending, debtor and trade finance experience is highly desirable, capacity to have detailed financial conversations with business owners, maintaining a high level of commercial acumen, ideally some previous experience with credit underwriting, very strong attention to detail, self motivated and ability to operate without close supervision, demonstrate a track-record of being able to high volume transaction with a diverse client base, strong ms office skills, relationship building skills.
