Client Services Totally Vets Ltd location Manawatu.

Totally Vets (T/A Tararua Veterinary Services) is a dynamic veterinary company, providing services and products in the Manawatu, Taumarunui and Tararua areas for companion, equine, and production animals.  We are looking for two enthusiastic Customer Service people to join our Business Support Team in Pahiatua. You will need to be focused on providing excellent service to our varied list of clientele and provide support for our veterinary teams.

Ideally, we are looking for people who have the following qualities a passion for customer service, with excellent communication skills. Enjoys working in a busy environment and being busy all day. Rural, farming or agricultural experience and knowledge. Veterinary practice experience and knowledge. Good knowledge of the upper Tararua areas and geographical locations. Previous experience in managing calls, booking diaries and appointments.

Ability to work under pressure, to multi-task and to use initiative. Excellent computer skills. Confident, positive personality with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment with a focus on detail and going the extra mile. Both available positions are full-time Business Support roles, however each position will have a different focus in terms of responsibilities within the clinic.

Customer Service role this role will be customer facing in a reception type environment. You will be a first point of contact for our customers and visitors, answer animal health questions and provide appropriate solutions, this position has a strong focus on sales and all aspects of stock control. You will be required to provide support for our business support and veterinary teams.

Administration Support role while there is an element of customer service and support to the front counter team, this position is more focused on administrative roles, ability to work to a deadline, possession of analytical skills are essential to this role. Previous experience within a customer service, veterinary or agricultural sector would be advantageous; however, training will be given to the right person who can fit in and contribute to the team environment.
