We are looking for a motivated Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of new and established clients. About the role as a client relationship manager, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing the long-term, trusting and mutually beneficial relationship with a portfolio of customers within RxMx Australia. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to be the primary point of contact for all matters specific to customer accounts, develop and maintain a strong trustworthy and long-lasting relationships with existing customers and seek avenues to gain new potential customers, building relationships, creating a deeper network inside client organisations with consistent and proactive dialogue with multiple decision makers, collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams (including operations, it & development, product team) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of rxmx’s solutions, ability to anticipate the customer’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines are met in accordance to their needs and objectives, collecting and analysing information such as potential sales leads, testimonials, feedbacks and complaints that will help in identifying customer behaviour, industry trends and competitor behavior, keep abreast with knowledge of company products and services, industry and market trends, consumer trends, the competitive environment and best practices in the industry, ensure all activities comply with applicable iso standards, legal and regulatory requirements, perform other duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, 3 years’ experience in client relationship management role, preferably in the healthcare it space, prior experience working with pharmaceutical company will be highly regarded. To be successful in this role, you must have experience in delivering customer-focused solutions to customer needs, in depth experience with microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint & outlook), a problem solver, self-motivated and a client-centric individual, strong project management skills, exceptional time management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, confidence in your negotiation, numeracy and diplomacy skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects, a strong team member with an ability to work across multiple teams, be highly accountable and demonstrate a strong, supportive and engaging style, be able to work autonomously.
