Key Responsibilities:
Represent the organisation professionally and promote our brand within the aged care community.
Lead and support Care Managers to build an effective care team and ensure excellent client experiences.
Review client services to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee care operations and ensure accurate records in RMS, My Aged Care, and the Aged Care Provider Portal.
Review and approve Care Plans, ensuring client needs are well-documented and appropriately managed.
About You
A natural leader with a passion for delivering outstanding client care and empowering teams to achieve their best. You have strong experience in aged care or community services with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment & communicate with confidence.
You bring:
Registered Nurse or Clinical experience highly desirable
Previous experience leading & managing a team
Knowledge and experience of community-based care and support services
Experience in identifying, coordinating, and managing care services for home care clients preferably in Aged Care
Understanding of Aged Care and Disability related legislation and regulations for home care services
Highly efficient and organised with proven time management skills
