Due to ongoing growth, we are currently seeking a full time Client Advisor in our stunning Dolce&Gabbana Chadstone Boutique.

We seek highly motivated, energetic and driven candidates with excellent knowledge of luxury retail, and a deep appreciation for Made in Italy craftsmanship, quality, and aesthetics.

You thrive on providing exceptional client experiences and are passionate about the growth and success of Dolce&Gabbana in Australia.

You have the following attributes and experience:

A minimum of two years relevant sales and customer service experience ideally in luxury retail

Excellent interpersonal communication skills & immaculate personal presentation

Highest standard of customer service excellence

Develop and nurture client relationships that will have a direct impact on sales growth

Natural ability to build relationships and foster brand loyalty

Be results oriented and highly driven to achieve sales & KPIs

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

Demonstrate strong and confident sales skills

Flexible and reliable

A true team player

Language proficiency in Mandarin an advantage
