The opportunity provide administrative support to our Grants Officers. Varied fast paced environment. Lots of ongoing training, lots to learn. As a Clerical Support Officer, you will complete a variety of tasks ranging from responding to customer emails, electronic filing and data entry in a high-volume customer focussed processing environment

Skills and experience to be successful in this role you will have strong communication and data entry skills, a keen eye for detail and accuracy, empathy and resilience. You must have strong computer skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.

Salary Range The remuneration band for this role is $52,343 to $72,249 - while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.

What's next the starting salary for this position is generally $56,729. Monday to Friday core office hours. The start date is negotiable. Only applicants with the right to work in New Zealand will be considered for this position.
