The client Almost 20 people on board, part of Steadfast, the business was set up about 5 years ago and are growing rapidly. The MD is very entrepreneurial, dynamic, & passionate about what they are achieving as a whole. I have placed 10 people with the organisation all of them came out of the interview very excited saying they felt it was like a breath of fresh air and feedback after they started was extremely positive.

The role is in addition to their existing Claims Executive and will see you working together to support the portfolios. It's a mix of domestic and commercial claims that involves lodgement, follow up, dealing with clients, third parties, repairers, and insurers. Using Winbeat / Sunrise / Officetech but they will train the right person if need be.

The candidate should be personable, have good communication skills, both written and verbal, strong negotiation capabilities & they say they would like the client to know you are smiling on the other side of the phone. Happy to look at candidates from a Broker or Insurer background within a Claims environment.
