Job description assist clients with their accident reporting. Advise clients on the claims and repair procedure. Follow up with workshop on status of repair and update clients. Follow up with surveyors and insurance to ensure prompt payouts. To assist with general queries from clients at reception counter.
Job requirements enjoy interacting and helping clients. Be able to effectively communicate with clients. Motivated and driven personality. Able to multi task. Interest in automotive industry. Minimum 1-2 years experience in motor car insurance companies.
