Position title Claims Advisor / Insurance Claims, Location Sin Ming, Working hours 5.5 days 9am -6pm / 9am -3pm, salary $2,000 - $2,500 (commission can up to $1k ~$3k).

Job responsibility advise appropriate service / repair requirements to meet client’s needs. Provide clear estimation for insurance claims. Liaise with insurance company for motor claims. Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status. Schedule daily appointments for accident and body repair.

Assign workshop loading / job control for body and paint department. Maintain excellent rapport with all authorized insurance companies. Ensure all supplier invoices are accounted, recorded and escalated on a timely basis. All ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

Job requirement DIPLOMA/NITEC in automotive related or equivalent. Motor Claims experience in automotive / workshop or related experience.
