A leading property development company is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from a property development or construction background to enhance their financial management and strategic planning. The CFO will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial operations, focusing on cash flow reporting, tax management, feasibility analyses, acquisitions, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities strategic Leadership Develop and execute a financial strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring good governance. Financial Management Manage cash flow reporting, tax planning, compliance, and conduct detailed feasibility studies for new projects.

Risk Management Implement robust risk management and governance practices to enhance organisational integrity. Financial Reporting Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, maintaining clear income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with other departments to integrate financial strategies with broader company initiatives and provide strategic financial insights.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role, ideally as a CFO or financial controller within the property development or construction sector. Strong expertise in financial analysis, cash flow management, and tax regulations.

Proven ability to conduct feasibility analysis for projects and investments. Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence across a dynamic, technology-driven organisation.
