The CFO joins this company as it targets growth to $100 million over the next three years. You will be a key member of its executive, helping to transform this business, set it up for growth and lead organic and inorganic expansion. It is anticipated that you will have a high degree of financial literacy with significant costing, activity and capital management experience in a project context.

The “across the company” focus of this role will ensure the appropriate business and finance processes and governance structures are in place to ensure the robust financial infrastructure necessary for a company of this scale and complexity. Consequently, commerciality and proactive cost control and management will be important traits of the CFO. You will be comfortable supporting the CEO with top end corporate strategic and business planning issues, whilst also getting down into the weeds when necessary.

This key appointment requires an astute, professionally qualified accountant who is a proactive and team focused leader, with a track record of ‘best practice” systems and process implementation and management. It can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Perth.
