The person we’re looking for we are seeking to recruit an experienced finance executive with a strong investments background. This person will give confidence to Public Trust’s fiduciary clients that their money is in safe hands and ensure that Public Trust’s reputation for the highest levels of fiduciary responsibility is upheld.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to ongoing discussions about the direction of the business at an Executive and Board level. This person will also grasp the complexity of managing across multiple objectives and understand how to engage and motivate a team to deliver in different ways to achieve these goals.  This will require the successful candidate to have developed strong change leadership skills, ideally through having led a team through a significant period of change previously.
