About the position as chef de partie or apprentice chef you will be core to delivering on our mission. You will work collaboratively with our head chef who brings extensive experience and a unique eye for pushing the boundaries of modern cuisine. You will directly lead the development and execution of our food program and have the opportunity to diversify your skill set across the whole spectrum of managing a very successful commercial kitchen.

What we are looking for you will have worked in kitchens or hospitality before. You know the industry and what is expected of you. We are a bit different, and look for a mix of skills and experience as well as personality and passion.

What you will need a genuine passion for food and the hospitality industry. A track record performing in this position. Excellent organisation and communication skills. The ability to work cooperatively and productively in a high-pressure environment. A high level of hygiene standards and personal presentation and a genuine love for Asian cuisine.
