Responsibilities Asian fare (Muslim or Indian Cuisine). High-volume cookery. Handling catering services. Cooking food for patients. Knowledge of food allergies. Supervising cooks. Assisting in food preparation. Any ad hoc tasks assigned.
Additional information experience in similar field is of advantage. Need to have Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
