About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Checkout Operator to join our Campbells Eagle Farm team on a casual basis with a view to permanency in the future. This customer-facing role is responsible for delivering friendly and efficient checkout service, ensuring accurate transactions and a positive shopping experience.

In this Role

Operate checkout register and process transactions accurately
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
Handle cash, EFTPOS, and other payment methods securely
Assist with bagging and packing customer purchases
Monitor stock levels at checkout and replenish as needed
Support store team with general duties when required
Follow all safety and operational procedures

What are we looking for?

Have experience in retail or customer service (checkout/cashier experience preferred)
Are friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
Are reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Can work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Are adaptable, flexible, and self-motivated
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay close attention to detail and take initiative
Are available for flexible shifts, including weekends
Must have full work rights
Must be available for an on-site, in‑person interview
