Description
Check-In Agents location Boon Lay / Jurong / Tuas, West. Job responsibilities handle check-in of guests including the processing of their reservations and rooming at the unit level, handle all guest requests during their stays, handle all front desk cashiering duties, handle all leasing activities including the conduct of site inspections and the closure of sales deals as required, organize and implement guest programs that anticipate and meet guests, marketing by providing relevant information including customer feedback and sales leads, contribute to increase customer satisfaction level. Job details 24/7 rotating shift duties (morning/afternoon/evening/midnight), $2000 - $2800, salary commensurate with applicants' experience, 5-star hotel in sentosa (transportation into and out of sentosa will be provided). Job requirements a minimum of gce o level qualifications or equivalent, 1-2 years experience in front office operations within the hospitality industry is preferred, positive and service-oriented work attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, computer literacy and understanding of office administration, able to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
