CFO Partner Oxygen Advisors location Auckland. $150,000 to $170,000 base plus revenue share.

Your role as a CFO partner reporting directly to the CEO of Oxygen Advisors, you will build and maintain a portfolio of high-growth businesses and have a direct impact on not only your clients but Oxygen's business itself.

Your responsibilities will include proactively providing strategic, commercial and financial advice. Ownership of  the finance function for each of your clients. Working with the Oxygen Advisors team to deliver reporting and insights. Looking beyond the day to day needs of your clients to solve problems.

Your attitude and experience CA qualification or equivalent.

Experience as a senior part of a finance team, in roles such as Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner, Financial Controller, Head of Finance or CFO. Experience in high growth businesses is preferable but not required. Curiosity and passion for supporting Kiwi businesses striving to succeed. Ability to switch context between multiple clients. Interest in working for, and contributing to, a highly connected team.
