Role overview the CFO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial management, a proven track record of success in a high-growth, fast pace environment, and a passion for the creative industries. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of CGSpectrum, ensuring long-term sustainability and profitability.

Key Responsibilities financial Strategy & planning develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team. Budgeting & forecasting lead the annual budgeting process, including long-term financial planning and forecasting. Monitor performance against budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Financial reporting ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. Cash Flow management oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. Manage capital allocation and investment strategies.

Risk management identify and mitigate financial risks. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets. Team leadership build and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Mergers & acquisitions evaluate potential acquisition opportunities and lead financial due diligence processes. Stakeholder relations manage relationships with investors, the board, auditors, banks, and other financial partners.

Compliance oversight ensure compliance with higher education regulations and standards, as CGSpectrum.com holds an online university license. Stay informed about changes in educational policies and ensure the institution meets all legal and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Experience minimum of 10 years of financial leadership experience, preferably in the education, technology, or creative industries. Skills strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
