Certificated ECE Teacher Candidex location West Coast.

We are calling for a registered Teacher to join a fantastic team in the heart of the west coast region in Hokitika. You will be joining a team with a strong commitment to Manaakitanga where meaningful relationships with children and whānau are cherished and a collaborative style to working is encouraged.

This is a permanent, full time position working Monday - Friday on a rotating roster. In this role you will get to enjoy working in a centre where tamariki have the freedom to take risks and where a love of learning is encouraged across all learning spaces. Our client operate out of a well resourced, modern centre, on a journey to become an Enviroschool - providing the children with even more learning opportunities.

What would we like to see from you B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE). Current New Zealand Teacher Registration (provisional or full). Full NZ work rights and be residing in NZ already. A genuine warmth, care, and passion for children. Demonstrated passion for tamariki's learning and the ability to plan engaging activties and communicate well with parents.

Team-player who is collaborative and reflects upon best practice. Knowledge and understanding of Te Whāriki. We welcome applications from NZ based Kaiako of all different experience levels and happy to also consider a Teacher in Training in their final months of study. Overseas applicants will not be considered.
