Job description centre Administration Officer - PA to Governor, Clerk Grade 3/4, Silverwater. Ongoing Full-Time role. Clerk Grade 3/4, Salary ($75,992pa - $83,211pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. Great Team Environment located at Metropolitan Remand & Reception Centre, (MRRC) Silverwater. Flexible working hours.

The MRRC is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide a range of administrative and support to the Governor and the centres Senior Executive Team. The role provides a range of administrative and support services including, meeting and event coordination, minute taking, record management, diary management, and preparation of correspondence for the Governor. In this role there may be face to face contact with Offenders in a controlled environment.

To be successful for this role, you will display integrity at all times, and be a true team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will maintain confidentiality at all times whilst utilising your proven experience and knowledge to meet the demands of this role effectively. Resilience, initiative, high attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to work under pressure are the key attributes to succeed in this fast-paced role. Essential requirement current driver's licence with willingness and ability to drive throughout NSW.
