Catering Cooks location Farrer Park / Serangoon Rd, Central. Job Type Full-Time.
Working Days 6-day week rotating rostered shift (timing based on event). Working hours 44 Hours ( OT will paid). Salary range $1,800 - $2,100. Near to Boon Keng / Bendemeer / Fareer Park MRT.
Responsibilities assist chefs in food prep & cooking of items for events catering jobs. Able to assist chefs on-site at events for buffet table setups, laying out of food, live station duties, and making canapés. Assist chefs in cutting of vegetables, mise-en-place, packing of food items etc.
Stock check and submission to CDP/Head Chef for ordering. Dishwashing duties. Washing up and mopping of kitchen to keep it clean in accordance to regulations -He/she will also be assisting with logistics and packing for catering jobs now-and-then.
Requirement must have at least 2 years of relevant kitchen experience.
